Authors whose abstract was accepted for presentation in the symposium are required to prepare and upload Final Paper from the on-line upload page:
The accepted format is Portable Document Format (.pdf) using Final Paper template. Final Paper is required 3 or more pages in length and file-size within 5MB in PDF. Color images can be included. Please check Final Paper template downloadable from the link below, for detailed formatting instructions.

All papers presented at the Symposium are eligible for the paper awards in JFPS 2017 and recommendation for publication in the JFPS International Journal of Fluid Power System. If you wish to be a candidate of the awards or to have your paper recommended for JFPS journal publication, you need the application procedure when you submit your Final Paper at the submission website. Final Paper applying for the awards or journal recommendation must be created in 6 to 8 pages.
At first, you should create Final Paper manuscript in Microsoft Word form using Final Paper template. Then, convert the form into a PDF file with an arbitrary file name. Only PDF file is accepted at the paper submission page.

Submission Deadline

The deadline for submitting Final Paper PDF is June 1, 2017.

Due to the requests by many potential participants, JFPS2017 organizing committee has decided to extend the Final Paper submission deadline to June 7 (Wed) 24:00 (JST).

Paper Submission

When you have prepared Final Paper PDF, please access the paper submission page by clicking on the button below. Upon entering the submission site, you will be asked to enter your paper id# and password. If you have forgotten the id# or password, please ask the secretariat.
When you enter the submission page, if necessary, you may revise the information you have provided at the time of submission. Final Paper is an extended and detailed version of the accepted abstract. Do not change the title and authors from the accepted abstract.
Once your Final Paper file is successfully uploaded, you will be sent a confirmation email.
