| Welcome party will be held on the evening of Tuesday, October 25 2011, at Plenary Room at the symposium venue, Okinawa Convention Center. It will start at 18:00 and be free of charge for all of the symposium participants. |

| Banquet |
| The symposium banquet will be held on the evening of Thursday, October 27, at Laguna Garden Hotel, situated next to the conference venue (5 minuets on foot). The banquet will start at 18:00. The banquet ticket is included in your registration. |

| Pre-symposium tour |
| On the afternoon of Tuesday, October 25, we will take you to attractive places in the main island of Okinawa including Shurijo Castle Park, where you may enjoy traditional culture of old Ryukyu kingdom. If you would like to join this tour, please come to the registration desk at 14:00 on October 25. The tour will depart at 14:30 and return to the symposium site at around 17:00. It will be free of charge. |

| Technical visit |
| Technical visit will be held on Friday, October 28 2011, departing at 8:00 from Laguna Garden Hotel. If you would like to join the technical visit, please come to Laguna Garden Hotel at 7:40. We will take you to several places mostly located in the main island of Okinawa, including Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium, the treasure house of Fluid Power Technology! We will take you back to Laguna Garden Hotel at around 16:00 or take you to the Naha Airport. The ticket is included in your registration. |
